I, the parent and/or legal guardian, acknowledge that participation in FitDips Strength & Conditioning activities involves inherent risks, including injury or illness. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless FitDips LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to participation.

I authorize emergency medical care if needed and accept responsibility for any associated costs. I also grant permission for photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes.

I understand that participants must follow all rules and coach instructions, and that unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

I also confirm that I understand the following:

Classes require a minimum of 3 athletes and run as scheduled, weather permitting. Families should check fitdips.com/groupclasses before each class for updates. If canceled, families will be notified, Package Athletes will receive a class credit, and Season Athletes may attend a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday class as a make-up.
FitDips group classes will be paused for the month of June.
If more than 3 classes are canceled, partial refunds will be issued accordingly.
