2026 Group Class Update
Training Format & Booking
Group classes are offered through both seasons and flexible package options, allowing families to choose what best fits their schedule. Athletes attend one scheduled class per week on weekends (Saturday or Sunday, morning or afternoon), following a structured training progression designed to build and ramp performance over time.
All group classes are booked online on a first-come, first-served basis. If a class is full, families can select another available time slot that fits their schedule. Private lessons are also available through the website.

Spring: (Apr–May, 8 weeks): $280/athlete
Summer: (Jul–Sep, 12 weeks): $420/athlete
Fall: (Oct–Dec, 12 weeks): $420/athlete
1 class per week at a fixed day, time, and location. Athletes are automatically scheduled for the full season, no weekly booking required. If an athlete joins after the season has started, families can contact Coach Dylan to request adjusted season pricing.

Class Structure & Included Shirt
Each season is designed for consistent weekly training, with athletes attending one scheduled class per week throughout the season. Missed classes are not guaranteed to be rescheduled, but limited make-up opportunities may be available when space allows.
All season enrollments and class packages include a FitDips training shirt, distributed in person.

Sibling Discount: Families registering 2 or more athletes for a season or package can use code SIBLING10 for 10% off their order.
Weather & Cancellation Policy
Families are asked to review fitdips.com/groupclasses before each class for the latest updates. Classes run as scheduled, weather permitting. If a class is canceled due to weather or scheduling conflicts, updates will be posted on the website, families will be notified, and Package Athletes will receive a class credit. Season Athletes may attend a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday class as a make-up.
FitDips group classes will be paused for the month of June to accommodate family travel schedules and summer commitments. If more than 3 classes are canceled due to the reasons above, partial refunds will be issued accordingly.
Weekly Performance Tracking & Class Focuses
Each week athletes will focus on specific performance areas, with running in every class.
Week 1 Speed: 10 meter dash
Week 2 Strength: Max Push-Up & Mile Test
Week 3 Agility: L-Drill
Week 4 Explosiveness: Broad Jump
In addition to this, your athletes will get valuable feedback on things such as their form, technique, and mindset coaching.
