Consistent weekly training for real progress
Train once per week in a fixed group class with a structured program designed to improve performance over time.

What is a Season?
A FitDips Season enrolls your athlete into one scheduled class per week for the full season. Same day, same time, same location, with no weekly booking required. It is built for consistency, which is what actually produces progress.

What Athletes Train
Every class starts with a coached dynamic warm up and running, then moves into the focus of the week.
Speed
Sprint mechanics, arm action, and posture. Acceleration work out of a three point start, build ups, and short sprints where athletes learn to reach top speed under control.
Strength
Bodyweight foundations done correctly before load is added. Push ups, squats, lunges, planks, and hip hinge patterns, with coaching on positions that protect the knees and back as athletes grow.
Agility
Change of direction through cone patterns, shuffles, and reaction drills. Athletes learn to decelerate, plant, and redirect, the skill that separates fast athletes from quick ones.
Explosiveness
Jumping and landing mechanics through broad jumps, hops, bounds, and medicine ball throws. Landing is coached as carefully as jumping.
Endurance
Aerobic base built through timed runs and interval work, so athletes can hold their technique late in a game or a race.
Every athlete also gets individual feedback on form, movement quality, and mindset.

Tested Each Cycle
Athletes retest the same four benchmarks through the season, so progress is measured, not guessed. Speed is tested with the 10 meter dash, strength with max push ups and a mile test, agility with the L drill, and explosiveness with the broad jump. Results are logged in FitDips Performance Labs, a shared progress tracker you can check anytime.
