From dynamic warmups to recovery stretching and everything in between, Coach Dylan shares his immense knowledge of training to make sure every athlete can perform their best. What I love about Coach Dylan’s training is that he makes it very personalized and geared towards YOU. He really helped me work on my explosiveness and agility, which helped me cut quicker, jump higher, and sprint faster on the basketball court. Coach Dylan is very flexible and is able to create workouts that blend athletic styles to maximize multiple people’s athleticism equally.
