FitDips Strength & Conditioning (“FitDips,” “we,” “our”) offers youth athletic training clinics, private lessons, and camps for athletes, primarily ages 7–16. Programs focus on strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic development.

2. Website Use

  • The website is intended for informational purposes and to register for FitDips programs.

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or making payments.

  • You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Registration and Payments

  • Payments are processed through Wix.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued, except if FitDips cancels or cannot hold a scheduled session due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Prices, schedules, and program availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Attendance and Participation

  • Participation in FitDips programs requires adherence to safety instructions and program rules.

  • FitDips reserves the right to deny participation or remove any athlete from a program if they pose a risk to themselves or others.

5. Waiver and Liability

By participating in FitDips programs, the parent/guardian acknowledges that athletic training involves inherent risks, including injury. FitDips and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during participation, except as required by law.

6. Privacy

  • Personal information collected through our website or registration forms is used solely for program management and communication.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing).
